Simple Superfood Protein Smoothie
Throw all ingredients in a nutribullet or similar type of blender, blast for 90 seconds and enjoy!
- 40g vanilla whey protein (I use Genetic Supplements)
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berried OR 3/4 frozen banana
- Handful of spinach
- 3/4 cup coconut water
- 1/4 tsp each of:
- spirulina powder
- baobab powder
- moringa powder
- acai powder
- maca powder
